A Cumberland County inmate preparing to be transported to Roane County yesterday ran into trouble in the process. Deputies say 46-year-old David Jones Fuller of Kingston had a piece of toilet paper rolled up in his hand that contained meth. Fuller was released to Roane County authorities prior to a warrant being taken out for introduction of drugs into a penal institution. A hold was placed on Fuller by Cumberland County deputies once he is released in Kingston.
