FINAL 2017 TENNESSEE AP HIGH SCHOOL FOOTBALL POLL RELEASED

The final regular season Tennessee AP high school football poll has been released and several area teams are ranked. In Class 1A, Coalfield is ranked sixth. In Class 2A, Meigs County is ranked number one. In Class 3A, Alcoa is number one and Loudon is tenth. In Class 4A, Anderson County is second and Livingston Academy moves up one spot to eighth. In Class 5A, Oak Ridge moves up five spots to fifth. In Class 6A, Farragut is sixth and Bradley Central is ninth. Round one of the TSSAA high school football playoffs starts this Friday night (November 3, 2017).
