Funeral Services for Joe Monroe Goodwin, age 93, will be held on Monday, January 9, 2016 at 1:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home. Burial will follow in Cookeville City Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Sunday, January 8th from 5:00 to 7:00 PM at Bilbrey Funeral Home.
