LATEST TBI TOP 10 MOST WANTED ADD-ON TURNS HIMSELF IN

The man who was added to the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation’s Top 10 Most Wanted list for his connection to the fatal shooting of a former Tennessee State University officer has been taken into custody. Friday morning, officials confirmed 19-year-old Ricardo Lamont Murray, Jr. turned himself in to authorities at the Metro Nashville Police Department overnight. Jonathan Outlaw was shot and killed Tuesday in Robertson County while trying to sell a vehicle. Officials said Murray and two other people met up with Outlaw that night for the transaction near the BP gas station on Maxey Road in Cedar Hill.
