A flood watch continues through Thursday morning with the rain solid from Arkansas to the Carolinas with Tennessee right in the middle of it. February finishing out as the wettest on record. Temperatures will climb to 60 degrees on Thursday. A clearing Trend will come Friday with a high near 48, sunny skies for Saturday with temperatures near 52 in the afternoon and Sunday will be sunny and a little warmer with temperatures near 58 degrees. A freeze is coming to the plateau Saturday morning with temperatures dipping into the upper 20s and anywhere in East Tennessee could be very close to freezing.
