Officers say a firearm went off during the rant. Officers arrived, performed a protective sweep of the home and reportedly found a bag containing marijuana next to a loaded magazine and a firearm. Deputies found a spent 9 mm shell casing on the floor at the doorway to a bedroom. Edwards stated that he dropped the gun and then later stated that he was cleaning the gun when it went off.
