MAN ARRESTED FOR ALLEGEDLY KILLING SON-IN-LAW IN OOLTEWAH
Hamilton County Authorities have arrested a man for allegedly killing his son-in-law. The violent incident took place at the victim’s, Kenneth Levi’s, house in Ooltewah while his father-in-law, Glen Donaldson was visiting. According to Donaldson, Levi was standing at a sink when he approached him holding a knife. The older man says he shot Levi in the head with a shotgun in self-defense, but deputies could not find a knife near the victim, and the gunshot wound was inconsistent with one used in self-defense. Donaldson was arrested and charged with first degree murder. His brother told investigators that Levi and Donaldson’s daughter were going through a divorce.
