A McMinn County man has pled guilty to burglary charges and sentenced to four years in prison. Court officials say 24-year-old Jonathan Blake Jubar was guilty of felony aggravated burglary and felony burglary other than a habitation. Police arrested Jubar back in November 2016 and was indicted on the charges in September of this year. With the guilty plea in court, Jubar will have to serve at least 30 percent of the four-year prison sentence as a standard offender to be eligible for parole. Jubar was also ordered to repay nearly $10,000 in restitution to the victim in the incident.
