A man who was wanted by United States Marshal’s is now being held at the Roane County jail. At the request of the marshal’s service, a deputy from Roane County went to Anderson County to get Januario Perez of Oak Ridge. He is being held on active warrants out of Miami, Florida for sexual battery with serious injury and false imprisonment. Perez will be held at the Roane County jail until he is extradited back to Miami.
