An upcoming grand jury will hear the case of a Cumberland County man charged with voluntary manslaughter. General Sessions Judge Larry Warner ruled this morning there was enough evidence to bound the case over against 37-year-old Stacey Austin. He is accused of the shooting death of 55-year-old Teresa Faye Austin at a home on Neverfail Road last month.
