The McMinn County Sheriff’s Department is investigating an incident where two men were critically injured in a fight. Officers were called to the scene on County Road 461 near Englewood where they found Michael Holcomb on the side of the road suffering from a stab wound. Officers also located Timothy Martin a short distance from Holcomb with trauma to the head. Authorities say both men were flown to an area trauma center for treatment of injuries sustained. Authorities say charges are pending.
