Roane County Recycling Center will be open on Saturday December 31st for regular business hours but will be closed on Monday. However, according to the Roane County executive’s office and Tony Brashears Roane County Recycling Center Director, the convenience centers will be open on Monday, but the recycling center will be closed Monday.
