The weekend gets off to a great start with sunshine and 82 degrees for Saturday, only a slight shower chance mainly south of I-40. Showers become likely from Sunday through Monday with highs in the upper 70s. The national high temperature on Friday was 109 degrees at Death Valley California and the low 26 at Bodie State Park California, isn’t it amazing that California had both the high and low temperature in the country but of course it has the desert and also mountain ranges so it has a wide range of temperatures.
