STOLEN LOTTERY TICKETS RESULTS IN ARREST
A Crossville woman is facing charges following an incident at a store. According to the arrest report, officers went to Circle K on Highway 127 North where 31-year-old Rebecca Lynn Todd of Crossville reportedly reached across the counter and took lottery tickets without paying and left the business. The manager identified Todd to authorities. Todd reportedly confessed to taking the lottery tickets to police. She was charged with theft and processed at the Cumberland County jail.
