THREADS OF HOPE THRIFT STORE HIT AGAIN IN A MONTH BY A THIEF
For the second time in a month, the Threads of Hope thrift store in Woodmere Mall in Crossville has been hit by a thief. Crossville police responded to the business and was told that 15 to 20 bags of donated property left on a back dock, ranging from clothes, dishes and home decor, were taken. The back dock is covered by a surveillance camera which picked up the female suspect wearing a black hoodie and mask. The female had on blue jean shorts and black shoes with white soles and a red heel in the back of the shoe. As the suspect rummaged through the bags, her mask fell of several times revealing her face. The estimated loss was $1,450 of proceeds that would go to benefit the House of Hope.
