Two from Roane County are facing drug charges following a traffic stop yesterday (Thursday, August 3, 2017). Officers pulled over a vehicle occupied by 22-year-old Austin Tyler Underwood and 27-year-old Kaitlyn Page Hardin, both of Kingston, at Bowers Elementary School. Underwood allegedly gave officers false names when asked who he was and a search allegedly revealed a bag of meth, hypodermic needles and a digital scale. Both Underwood and Hardin were charged with the manufacture, sale and deliver of meth and possession of drug paraphernalia.
