An overturned tractor trailer (near Lovell Road exit) has traffic jammed up on Interstate 40 westbound. The backup starts from downtown Knoxville all the way west to the I-75/40 split in Loudon County. Traffic times from Knoxville to the split is one hour. Avoid this area if possible.
