A man facing numerous charges in Cumberland County Criminal Court was sentenced Wednesday. Court documents show 33-year-old Patrick James Kincses appeared on violating an order of protection, three counts of aggravated kidnapping and four counts each of aggravated assault and domestic assault. Court officials say the charges stem from three incidents between October and December of 2016 involving the same female victim. In a plea deal, Kincses was sentenced to a total of 15 years for three counts of aggravated assault. The other charges were dismissed.
