Two Cumberland County men have been sentenced for sex crimes. Mark Anthony Conatser, age 48, was charged with solicitation of a minor-aggravated statutory rape. Through a plea agreement, Conatser pleaded guilty to a misdemeanor attempted statutory rape and was sentenced to 11 months 29 days probation. Robert Eugene Richardson, age 52, also pleaded guilty to a sexual offender registration form violation. He was sentenced to two years supervised probation with 90 days to serve in jail.
