Graveside services for Cynthia L. Howard, age 47, of Crossville will be held Tuesday, May 16 2017 at 1 PM at Crossville City Cemetery. Survivors include her daughters: Stephanie Edmonds and Cassandra Ramirez; sons: Kevin Lewis and Tony Lewis; mother: Brenda Norris; brother: Johnny Norris; and sisters: Dorothy Smallwood and Mary Harley. Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville is in charge of arrangements.
