There is heavy traffic reported at the 341 eastbound mile marker of I-40 near the Cumberland/Roane County line. This is for road work that crews are doing to improve the curve before going down the mountain. Westbound is not affected. Expect delays. Estimated time of clearing is 5 p.m. This will be a daily activity until the project is completed later this month
