A Cumberland County man has been indicted by a grand jury for TennCare fraud. According to the indictment, 54-year-old Danny Lynn Robbins of Crossville is accused of obtaining oxycodone by way of TennCare benefits and allegedly selling the pills in September 2016. Robbins was additionally indicted for the sale and delivery of a Schedule II drug. Robbins will be arraigned in Cumberland County Criminal Court October 3, 2017.
