OUSTED TENNESSEE LEGISLATOR IS NOT READY TO GIVE UP
An ousted Tennessee lawmaker says that his expulsion “put the fight in him” and that he may sue the state for what he is claiming to be “denial of due process.” Jeremy Durham was voted out of the State House Tuesday after a scathing report was written describing allegations that he sexually harassed at least 22 Capital Hill women. Durham says that he has a binder full of information relating to the report and he compared the atmosphere of the state legislature to a “party” with daily “happy hours”. He also stated that one legislator told him that he had smoke marijuana in his office.
