A fatal single vehicle wreck is under investigation in Roane County. Authorities were called to an area off Qualls Rd on Highway 61 shortly after 10:30 Monday morning where a Ford F-150 pickup had ran off the roadway and down an embankment. The vehicle barely missed landing on railroad tracks. Blair Fire responded along with county deputies and the highway patrol. It’s possible that the accident could have been the result of a medical condition by the driver, who has only been described as being 50-years-of-age. THP is handling the investigation.
