A life celebration for Stephen Allen Tinnel, age 65, will be held Friday, April 14, 2017 from 4 to 8 PM at the Cumberland County High School band room.

Survivors include his wife: Karen Tinnel; daughter: Stephanie (Corey) Smith; mother: Jean Underwood Hicks; brother: Richard (Libby) Hicks; and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to CCHS Band Boosters, c/o Tony Hibbard, 660 Stanley Street, Crossville, TN 38555.

Bilbrey Funeral Home in Crossville is in charge of arrangements.
