A single vehicle crash this morning (Thursday, August 31, 2017) in Roane County on Pansy Hill Road resulted in a teenage female driver being injured and the road closed for a while. Officers with the Harriman Police Department, as well as fire, medical and rescue squad members, worked to free the driver from the vehicle that had rolled over onto its top. The teen was injured in the accident and transported to a Knoxville hospital for treatment of injuries. The name of the driver was not immediately released by authorities.
